Hartfiel Automation and Fiero Automation have implemented Hartfiel Connect, an invoice gateway that allows our customers to view their invoices online and pay online via ACH or credit card.
Sign up is easy when you visit the portal
Click the Sign Up Now Button on the Welcome Page.
Enter your customer number and an invoice number to create a user name and password. Note: Must be an open invoice due to either Hartfiel or Fiero.
Once registered, you will be able to view a summary of the amount due broken out by aging bucket.
You can also review a specific invoice – with the ability to search on Invoice Number, PO Number, Invoice Date, or Invoice Amount by clicking the header and typing what your are looking for.
Payment methods available are ACH and credit card. Setting up a payment method is as easy as three clicks and then entering your bank account or credit card information. No sharing of your bank account information is required!
